Rubbish and recycling collections due over the festive period will be carried out on the normal scheduled day(s) except for 25th and 26th December 2025 and 1st January 2026. 

Arrangements for these days are as follows:

• Collections due on Thursday 25th December will instead be carried out on Friday 26th December.
• Collections due on Thursday 1st January will instead be carried out on Friday 2nd January.
• Commercial glass collections due on Friday 26th December will instead be carried out on Saturday 27th December.

Westlands recycling and civic amenity site will be closed on 25th and 26th December, and on 1st and 2nd January .

Coll - 

• The green bin collection due on Saturday 27th December will instead be carried out on Saturday 20th December.  
• There will be no blue bin collection carried out on Wednesday 24th December (please keep any additional recycling until the next scheduled uplift).
• Cliad recycling and civic amenity site will be closed on 24th , 27th and 31st December.

Colonsay - 

• The green bin collection due on Saturday 27th December will instead be carried out on Friday 26th December.
• Bonaveh recycling and civic amenity site on Colonsay will be closed on 25th December, and on 1st January.

Rubbish and recycling collections over the festive period will be carried out on the normal scheduled day(s) except for 25th December 2025 and 1st January 2026.

Arrangements for these days are as follows:

• Collections due on Thursday 25th December will instead be carried out on Saturday 27th December.
• Collections due on Thursday 1st January will instead be carried out on Saturday 3rd January.

Bogleha recycling and civic amenity site will be closed on 25 and 26th December and on 1st and 2nd January.

• Collections due on Friday 26th December will instead be carried out on Sunday 28th December.
• Collections due on Thursday 1st January will instead be carried out on Saturday 3rd January.
• Collections due on Friday 2nd January will instead be carried out on Sunday 4th January.

Blackhill recycling and civic amenity site will be closed on 25th and 26th December, and on 1st and 2nd January.

Properties on this route includes Castlepark (Kilmartin), Cairnbaan Towpath Road, Darroch Road (Ardrishaig), Linnen Court (Ardrishaig), West Bank Road (Ardrishaig) , Castleton, Balliebeg, Silvercraigs, Lower Lochgair and Moneydrain Road (Lochgilphead).

Lingerton recycling and civic amenity site will be closed on 25th and 26th December, and on 1st and 2nd January.
